This is the definitive reference to CrystalDiffract and is available in searchable PDF format, from the CrystalDiffract Help menu Help > CrystalDiffract User's Guide).
The online help (also - unsurprisingly - available from the program's Help menu), provides a succinct guide to the program, its interface, general operation, and file formats. This isn't designed to replace the User's Guide; instead, it is designed as a quick reference, rather than a definitive treatment.
We provide some supporting resources on our website, including answers to frequently-asked questions (in this, the Advice Centre).
We do provide free technical support to registered users. Terms and conditions apply - note that we cannot provide support for olders versions of the software. To apply for support, please use the support request form. If you enquiry relates to a particular structure or input file, you must send the file to us, via e-mail, as this makes it much easier to provide effective support.
