Isolating a single molecule

You can easily isolate a single molecule in your structure and hide the rest of the structure:

To isolate a single molecule:

  1. Choose the Arrow tool from the Tool Strip.

  2. Click on any atom in your target molecule. The atom should be shown highlighted, indicating that it has been selected.

  3. Right-click in the Graphics Pane to display a contextual menu, then choose: Isolate Selected Molecules (or choose: Transform > Selection > Isolate Molecule). All atoms, apart from those in your target molecule, are hidden.
