Use the Angle Calculator (Calculate > Angle Calculate) to enter the indices of the two planes.
If you do not know the indices of the planes, you can calculate the Best-Fit Plane Through Points for a group of atoms, then repeat for a second group. Next you can calculate the angle between the two displayed lattice planes, using the Calculate > Angle Between Planes command.
